This policy applies to all treatments and services offered by Three Medical Aesthetics.

1. Our Position

Three Medical Aesthetics does not provide any aesthetic treatments to persons under the age of 18, without exception. This policy applies to all treatments we offer, including but not limited to: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, Profhilo®, polynucleotides, Sculptra, microneedling, chemical peels, and all other procedures carried out at our practice.

2. Legal and Professional Basis

The administration of prescription-only medicines (including botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers) to persons under 18 without a clinical need is prohibited in the UK under the Health and Care Act 2022.

In addition, our practitioner's professional obligations under the NMC Code and BACN guidelines require that we act in the best interests of all clients, which includes declining to treat minors for elective cosmetic procedures.

3. Age Verification

We reserve the right to request proof of age from any client where we have reason to believe they may be under 18. Acceptable forms of identification include:

• Passport
• UK photo driving licence
• National identity card

If a client is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof of age, treatment will not proceed and the appointment deposit will not be refunded.

4. No Exceptions

This policy applies regardless of parental or guardian consent. The health and welfare of young people is paramount, and we will not make exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.
