These Terms and Conditions apply to all gift vouchers issued by Three Medical Aesthetics ('we', 'us', 'our').

1. Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers that have not been redeemed by the expiry date will be forfeited and no refund or extension will be given, except where required by law.

The expiry date is printed on the voucher. It is the recipient's responsibility to use the voucher before this date.

2. Redemption

Gift vouchers may be redeemed against any treatment or service offered by Three Medical Aesthetics, subject to availability. They cannot be used to pay a booking deposit — the deposit must be paid separately at the time of booking.

Vouchers must be presented (physically or digitally) at the time of redemption. We reserve the right to request proof of purchase. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly stated.

3. No Cash Value

Gift vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

• Where a treatment costs less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be retained on the voucher for use in a future appointment. No change will be given.
• Where a treatment costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the client on the day.

4. Non-Transferable

Gift vouchers are non-transferable once redeemed. Prior to redemption, vouchers may be gifted to another person.

5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. We are unable to replace vouchers that cannot be produced.

6. Cancellation of Booked Appointments

Our standard Cancellation and Deposit Policy applies to appointments booked using a gift voucher. A late cancellation or non-attendance will result in forfeiture of the £50 booking deposit, which must be paid separately from the voucher.

7. Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or where we cancel the corresponding service permanently.

8. Our Right to Amend

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will not affect vouchers already issued.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
