Complaints Procedure
Last updated: June 2026
Three Medical Aesthetics is committed to providing a safe, professional, and high-quality service. We take all feedback and complaints seriously and aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
1. How to Raise a Concern or Complaint
In the first instance, please contact us by email at [email protected], clearly describing your concern and what outcome you are hoping for. You may also write to us at 102A Chilwell Rd, Chilwell, Beeston, Nottingham NG9 1ES.
Please note: we are an email-only practice. We are unable to accept formal complaints by telephone, though we understand that an initial call to discuss a concern informally may sometimes be helpful.
2. What Happens Next
On receipt of your complaint we will:
- Acknowledge your complaint in writing within 5 working days.
- Investigate your concern thoroughly and fairly.
- Aim to provide a full written response within 20 working days of acknowledgement.
Where this is not possible (for example, if further investigation is needed), we will write to you to explain the delay and give you a revised timescale.
3. Resolution
We will aim to reach a resolution that is fair to both parties. Where appropriate, this may include:
- An explanation and/or apology
- Remedial treatment at no additional charge
- A partial or full refund, where warranted
Each complaint is considered individually on its merits. We do not offer automatic refunds, and the nature of aesthetic treatments means that results naturally vary.
