Face-to-face consultations allow Lucy to understand exactly what it is a patient is seeking treatment for, and why. Every single case is assessed individually, to understand what factors are underlying the conditions that we are hoping to treat.

Our consultation process includes a comprehensive medical history assessment, skin analysis and complimentary skincare plan, photographic assessment, and a treatment plan. Patients are then guided through treatment options, pros, cons, and alternatives.
